These "templates" would be similar in function to Mobile Surveys in QM where a user can scan the QR code (which is static) and be presented with a blank task list as defined in the "template". As soon as the user completes a task, the app saves it as a new task list with the same name as the template. This allows for more ad-hoc functionality where schedules may be irregular.
