Could you please have QM include the “Service Location” in the subject of email notifications for Work Orders and Inspections? This would help us a lot to better prioritize what we are receiving. Thanks in advance for your help!

Currently, if we need to add another picture for the same Service Item, we have to tap the Save button (floppy disk icon) to give us a blank form again, then we can use the camera icon to take another picture. It's not user-friendly nor intuitive from a UI/UX standpoint. Please add a button to take another picture.

In Otuvy QM on the website, in the Work Order inbox, we can filter by Date with a trio of options: Initial, Latest, and Due Date. However, in the Otuvy QM Mobile App, it only gives the option for Initial and Latest. Customer is asking if Due Date can be added to the Mobile App.

The customer is changing software companies but wants the ability to run reports for past inspections that have both the Client sign-off signature and Inspector sign-off signature. They don't have dashboards so can't run a report off that.

We want a report detailing the Clients and Service Locations that each user and record has access to in Otuvy QM so we can do an audit and make sure the right people can see the right locations and client records.

Auto-delete the images after a customizable set of time.

We are requesting a new functionality in the system that ensures comments or replies are being entered into the correct work order. This feature should validate that the user is posting a comment or reply to the intended work order before submission, helping prevent miscommunication and data errors. Currently, there is no way to ensure that comments or replies are accurately linked to the appropriate work order, which can lead to confusion and delays. Implementing this feature would enhance system accuracy and improve workflow efficiency. Please provide an estimated time for completion once available. Thank you for your attention to this request.

We want the ability to pick and choose locations to make sweeping changes to them. These changes would include Assigning all selected locations to a single division in the SP Org Chart Toggle the activity status to/from Active and Inactive for all selected locations.

Please create a report that generates the Contact User's Last Login so we can accurately see how much the Contact Users are logging into the Otuvy QM software.

We want to get an email notification whenever the Work Order status changes from In Progress or Open to Completed or some other Work Order status.
